What We Do

The Mission Behind the Healing.

My name is Joey Hardy, and I am the founder of 37 Echo, a nonprofit ministry established in Leeds, Alabama, on November 10, 2025. Our mission is simple but urgent: to bring peace, grace, and mercy through the love of Jesus to veterans, first responders, and abuse survivors suffering from PTSD. We approach PTSD not merely as a disorder, but as an injury to emotional and spiritual health, requiring both compassionate care and long-term restoration. To our knowledge, we are among the only organizations offering both pre-care and structured after-care, ensuring lasting healing and support.

This ministry exists because I once stood on the same edge. I am an abuse survivor, a seven-year military veteran, and a former first responder. I battled PTSD for years, struggling with every symptom I now work to heal in others. On December 31, 2022, I nearly became another statistic — but in that darkest moment, God intervened and saved my life. On February 16, 2023, I walked through the doors of a ministry much like ours, and my life was forever changed. Today, I fight with faith, strength, and hope — and I am committed to walking others through the same journey of restoration.
